Odds and Ends

I got this about a month ago. Disney will never put it out so I gave my money to someone else.

I have many a marvel B-Movie like this…made not for theatrical

Also have some 60s cartoons as well.

But the Phase 4 movies were so damn good? How can this be?

Unsure if you’re being sarcastic, but it did genuinely make me wonder how much of Disney’s money is from Marvel versus Star Wars versus Pixar versus etc. I want a graph!

Oh totally sarcastic. :innocent:

That’s how it goes right? When the sports team isn’t winning, the first one to go is the coach!

Not as much as their park sales which I think is still it’s number one money maker overall from what I’ve read in the past. I think it’s theme park sales and now streaming services that makes it the most revenue before everything else.

Firing the coach helped the stock. It’s up 9 points so far.

Even when it’s not directly the coaches fault, even when you see sports teams get a new coach, it’s like a revival from the players to start winning again.

Look at the Cavaliers the year they won the championship. They fired the coach (who was a really great coach when you broke down statistics) early on in the season and hired Tyrone Lue (who’s a terrible coach) but yet they still went on to win!

From what I gather, Chapek isn’t thought of as a people person and when you’re not well liked AND stock is down, that’s dicey. The Black Widow situation was bad publicity. Chapek’s faith in Disney animation, the whole foundation of the company, was not there. Case in point: Disney has a new animated feature out in two days - where is the promotion for it? Can you even name the movie?

Yes, I can name it, but I totally understand the point you are making. There has been hardly any promotion of the show, agreed.

Random question. I rarely sell multiple quantities of the same book, but I’m selling 6 copies of a particular book. How the hell do you get shipping to work.

I’d really like to charge a flat shipping rule. $6 for the first item, then +$1 for each additional. So, you buy 1, you pay $6 for shipping. You buy 3, you pay $8. I can’t figure this out.

Where are you trying to sell it? It may not be possible to program it that way depending what you are using?

Sorry. EBay.

I’ve only been able to do that when creating a listing via desktop. There’s an expanded shipping section with more options than mobile.

New Fortnite skin. Couldnt help but notice some similarities to a popular indie comic protagonist
