I am fascinated by it. Stuff from the Apollo Missions. Gemini Missions. I love conspiracy theory especially when it turns out that t could be conspiracy fact.
A lot of it is recycled images and reused stuff. There’s def new stuff in there. I feel it’s mostly a psyop. I think some of it’s true just not the way they are presenting it.
No. But if you find anything good, let us know.
There are 115 different covers for Absolute Batman 20. When it was announced, this was the teased temporary cover. I think this is the best cover of the 115, and it’s actually not one of the 115. Damn it!
Wait until the 2nd, 3rd, 4th prints come around. They’re sure to use it somewhere.
If you want an undamaged copy…my be the better option.
This Midnight universe just seems so funny to me. I mean, maybe it’ll be great. But, from Marvel:
“The X-Men no longer fight for acceptance, they hunger for blood. The Fantastic Four venture into the unknown not to save the world—but to unleash terror upon it. And Spider-Man discovers that with great power… comes something monstrous.”
It seems like Marvel lives in such an obvious space that’s completely devoid of nuance. “OK people. Think dark. What’s dark? Oooh, vampires! The X-men are vampires!”
“OK, now Fantastic Four. They are so wholesome and good right? But, what if they were bad!?!?!”
“And, what if Spider-Man… was a spider!”
DC figured this out with Absolute. Marvel continues to be lost.
I was expecting a bunch of horror characters to have some cool series. Instead they’re just taking the big names and putting a little horror twist on them. My interest has started to evaporate. I’ll try the first issues just because they’ve got some good teams involved.
Oh, and what is with the X-Men always being related to vampires or having plot lines with vampires?
Funny thing was, Marvel released Ultimate Spider-man, and then subsequently Ultimate Black Panther and X-Men. A little bit later Ultimate Avengers. It was basically their “absolute” universe before DC released the absolute titles. I even remember thinking DC is copying Marvel when I saw the upcoming Absolute titles in 2024. And look at where we are now. The writing fizzled out on the Ultimate books; the Spider-man one was fresh and new in the beginning but got bogged down with mopey Peter and too much Harry. The DC writing has kept it interesting and still going.
Oh god…
it’s X-Men: Millennial Visions Vol 2

No reason to worry or panic, before you realize it, Marvel and DC will swap spots again… it’s the circle of comic life.
But seriously, probably see a revival of Marvel hot again once they start releasing decent movies again, hopefully with the next Spider-Man and then Avengers…
It’s called burnout and it happens with stories and characters. Trash the current vampire dark story they’re doing now, even when Marvel was hot, they put out some crap crossover events during that time too. I just wish Marvel would focus on character stories with good writing… that’s all you need. Don’t push first appearances on the consumers, let them grow popular if introduced organically too…
I’m hearing rumblings of Kickstarter banning any comics that are the least bit adult/edgy. A lot of comics are on Kickstarter for that reason of being too explicit or niche for conventional distribution so this seems idiotic and probably is related to credit card companies becoming increasingly skittish about being linked to anything, “Adult,” as those who were there when eBay killed adult listings probably recall. More as this develops…
Dang. No more G.I. Hoes or The Mandawhorian. What will people do? Lol.
Seems like a different spin on Marvel Zombies…but with vampires and other monsters.
Speaking of which…need a Marvel vs DC Zombies…when can we get that?!
DCeased Versus Marvel Zombies has to happen sooner than later. Bookmark this comment for when it happens.
eBay says Gamestop’s offer is “neither credible or attractive”, basically a polite “F Off” if you ask me… haha!
Fantastic news! I love Dennis and love the reason he’s leaving that cesspool that is Beyond Wednesday. I echo the sentiments in the comments section of the video. The show has devolved into nothing more than their vehicle to hawk “exclusives”, claim sales, promoting their friend’s kickstarters, artists that they’re in cahoots with. The shows are absolutely unwatchable.
I can’t remember the last time I’ve watch any of their shows. I used to be a regular viewer but I’m glad Dennis ripped into the host Bryan. I despise Bryan as a host and he has had falling outs with many of his past collaborators. This isn’t his first time. The shows are very now inauthentic. Used to be fun to watch with Dennis on because he was always himself and told the truth (even if he was wrong). Glad he stood up for what he believed in and not be another grifter pumping books. Love Dennis!
This video keeps coming up in YouTube…algorithm must think I need to watch…good to have some clarity niece of what it’s about. Will check it out.
