I think you might be right for real. I messaged him back with the pic and I have a strong feeling he will not reply back.
I forgot about those stickers being a thing.
Marvel did away with the stickers.
TMNT ending at issue 150. reboot later

Aaaaaand my wife tested positive for Covid this morning. So the streak is over.
Took all of 10 days for my jinx to come through.
Not too many books make it to 200 issues anymore.
I think Spawn may be the longest book that hasn’t been “interrupted” with a reboot since the first issue.
Turtles might have been the next. Unless you count GI Joe A Real American Hero as not being interrupted even though its changed ownership a few times throughout the run of 300 (starting with Marvel is 1982).
Batman is approaching 150 is probably the next longest.
Nightwing is at 110 now.
Action & Detective have reboots and breaks in their numbering.
Any other current series at 100 or greater?
Savage Dragon is up there.
That I can think of…
Ninja High School
2000AD
Archie
It is everywhere right now. Highest positive rates in a long time (like from the early days) from what I read. Also the flu is particularly nasty this year. I have to say I am much better but lingering cough and congestion going on 11 days
The hospital I work at, COVID ran through like a brush fire just prior to Christmas…patients and staff.
Now, as you mentioned, it is Influenza A (much less with B but a few given we are more adult oriented at our facility).
Influenza A is a tough one. Shouldn’t take a back seat to COVID. I personally ended up nearly intubated with a couple weeks in the hospital with it some years ago. At that was at the peak of my health.
Of note, I’m seeing more and more research and clinical trials (not talking out my rear as it is my specialty) with repeat COVID cases really having an impact on taste/smell. Certainly, those areas are not a serious from a “life” perspective, but having phantosmia and no ability to taste is really, really bothersome. It’s the repeated cases/exposures that seem to be building up and impacting those neural pathways. Really strange
We had some infection causing a choking feeling and difficulty swallowing. We’d get random jugular pain a handful of times per day. I took a covid test twice and it came up negative. I don’t know what we had, but it’s gone. These were just weird symptoms.
My wife lost her smell and taste again this time. 1&4 lost senses. 2&3 no lost taste. I only lost mine the first time.
I just got off the phone with the PRH sales rep and he said ULTIMATE SPIDER-MAN 1 NIC KLEIN VARIANT is down to about 3,000 copies left unordered so far. All the other covers have sold out. I’ve got 10 coming so that should be more than enough to last until #2 arrives.
Fair to say the writers strike probably pushed it back. Was it supposed to be animated? I really don’t remember.
was supposed to be live action and have bad bunny, bad bunny dropped out and this project basically got abandoned
So should that go in the Death List thread?
A friend of mine has said his taste didn’t return the first bout for a long time…then he got it again a while back and specific tastes are messed up. Like reversed or something like that. Doesn’t seem to be improving either.
Weird.
Yeah. My buddy can’t drink soda any more. Said it tastes like garbage now. Still hasn’t gotten his smell back but he is a plumber so that could help him at work. He got it in 2019.
