I read it as there’s a predecessor who is based on Brielle… not Brielle herself.
I guess it’s ambiguous at best, I read it as “a seasoned hunter is handing off his responsibilities TO a predecessor” that predecessor is based on Brielle. Which we know Brielle is a new (recently introduced) character right, so she can’t be a predecessor of the seasoned hunter?

That’s kinda hard to believe there will be 3-5 Blade movies, wouldn’t make sense as Blade will be the Nick Fury of the monsters and magical sword MCU characters.

In all fairness, KCC is good for old stuff. I looked through a bunch of silver age stuff today and it was handy for knowing which issues had a key event/element that made them worth possibly buying. I don’t know stuff older than bronze that well.

Honestly it puts all of their content in question for accuracy. I can’t believe they only get modern books wrong.
