Got my first order from Poor Boys in. 2 copies of the Last Ronin #1 Cover A.
Can clearly tell that effort was put into the packaging, although it was a little sloppy, lol - in appearance, not effectiveness.
Comics were put into Golden Age bags - no boards. Wrapped in another plastic bag that was taped up. Placed in the Gemini and then had some additional white masking tape across all 4 sides to fasten the books into the cardboard mailer. ‘Do not bend’ stickers on the gemini.
They arrived in excellent condition.
Also, shout out to Poor Boys for honoring the order and the price paid (less than cover), as my order was placed post-FOC about 10 days before the drop date.
I’ve already placed another order with these guys and will continue to do business with them as long as the experience remains positive.

Ok just got my 1st Tfaw.com $100+ order and they messed up…
I ordered 3 barbering Spawn 311s from the other thread when the cover was announced then diamond switches covers but Tfaw was supposed to correct it but I got the Mattina cover instead of barbieri.
Then I ordered the TMNT last Ronin Eastman 1:10 Variant
so I’m guessing I have to contact customer service now.
Wow…it’s like they went out of their way to mess that up royally!! I know they didn’t, but wow.
Doubt you’re getting that 1:10…likely get refunded. I’m still waiting for a shop to even tell me why mine hasn’t shipped yet…likely because they don’t have it…
Definitely contact support. I’ll try to figure out how they marked the wrong issue. That definitely shouldn’t have happened, and as far as I know anyone else who ordered the incentives had their order held since we were shorted.
I let them know about it and gave them a link to the thread. So it should go quick once you contact them.
Wondering if anyone got the 1:10 or did we all get extra copies of cover A instead?

I got a Tfaw order, an order so big it came in two boxes. Everything was packed great and no damages to anything.
I got a Scout Comics subscription box today because if you know me, which none of you do, you know I love stupid subscription boxes. They use bubble wrap around the comics and then they go into a sort of gemini type mailer and everything arrived fine even though the box was a bit banged up.
I feel the sub box was worth it. Here is a list of what I got

I’ve mostly been using Sanctum Sanctorum for my pre-orders and so far their packing has been super on point. Multiple gemini type mailers packed in a bigger box. Got my Last Ronin #1 1:10 from them in a shipment today and it was packed separate from the other books in it’s own mailer, and came out looking super good. My first $100+ order from TFAW is processing now, also with a Last Ronin 1:10, so we’ll see how that goes.
Sanctum can charge a bit for shipping, but their packing is generally the best of any place I’ve bought from.
My order last week with the Last Ronin 1:10 processed and I was charged on Friday. It hasn’t shipped yet though.
The 1:25 didn’t process until today so they are scheduled for my next order.
Fingers crossed that I get the 1:10!
From what I can tell, they’re severely behind due to COVID guidelines so if it’s been processed, my last order that got processed took about 4-5 days to actually ship out or so.
My order from TFAW is out for delivery, so I should get it yet tonight. I have 3 copies of Last Ronin 1:10 on the invoice, so I’m very eager to see what I get now!

Order arrived. 16 books, all in really great shape. Best order from them yet. And, all three of my Ronin 1:10 books arrived.
But, I got a Spawn 311B instead of the 311D I ordered.

I swear the warehouse is going to have nightmares about Spawn 311 by the time we have them fix all these issues 
Hopefully things start getting a bit better. The covid rules plus two weeks of late Diamond shipments due to weather in the midwest haven’t made it easy. This week was only one day late at least (we got it in this morning) so it should let them catch back up by a few days.
That might be the best cover I’ve seen for that book. Is there a trade dress? I don’t see one on eBay.
I have no idea. I didn’t know this cover existed until I opened the box and then looked on ebay. No idea the print run or if there is a trade dress version
I actually just sent Scout a Tweet and asked them some questions about it. Will see if they answer
