I just received my 2 Department of Truth #7 Beeda variants and they are in perfect condition. I’m sending them straight to CGC. I wanted to order 2 more but they are now sold out.
Only the $15 raw Beedas are sold out, the signed for $20 as well as CGC are still available.
What’s going on with Tfaw? They are still processing my 4/1 order and now they have processed a 4/7 order with barely anything I ordered. I have like 100 things on pre-order for 4/7 and they are shipping like 20 of them. I am still waiting on stuff from early march that they put in their inventory and you add it to your pre-order list and they never send it. Doesn’t matter if it’s before or after FOC. It just doesn’t ship. Stop putting things as being in your inventory for sale if you can’t ship them or fill orders. I just had to message them about items from last year going back to September and October still in my pre-order list that have never shipped and ask them to remove them and they act like they are doing me a favor by making an exception and removing almost 8 month old items that I pre-ordered and they never shipped.
I have gotten the same items from other online shops(Unknown, ComicZone, Westfield) that I ordered after my Tfaw orders were in. I don’t know what you guys are going through as far as employees and inventory and shipping delays and whatever but man you guys gotta fix this stuff. I don’t wanna have to stop shopping with you guys.
I have done multiple orders from PCK lately and everyone has been great. The shipping prices are fair, they ship most things same day and the packing is great.

Re: the 4/7 order… it looks like they just shipped out DC books. Maybe they had delays with their Diamond shipment but received Lunar on time? Dunno.
But yeah, it’s been a bit of a shitshow over there.

The way my shipping is aligned, I noticed all my last weeks books got processed but none for this week got processed. I can only imagine they got shorted a few boxes or something. I’d hope if that’s the case, they’d hold off cause that’s the point of me doing bi-weekly shipping, to save on shipping costs.

My order this week is a bit of a disaster. None of this weeks books shipped. They shipped out one book I didn’t get last week. They could have held it until they process this weeks books. Basically paid $5 shipping for a $3.99 comic.

Yea it is mostly just DC but there is a Spawn book and a trade from some little known publisher so I dunno what’s up. I am more annoyed by them not shipping things I added before FOC, like ratios added on Mondays
Says on the TFAW site that their Diamond shipment will not be arriving till next Monday. They are only processing DC and Dark Horse.

I have gotten it from everywhere except Tfaw lol
I know it is essentially my fault but on Tfaw I made 3 separate orders about 5 minutes apart and they didn’t combine shipping for me lol I was rush ordering ratios before they disappeared and it just ended up being 3 different orders. I should have messaged them about it and asked but I know plenty of places who just do it automatically. My fault for assuming
And whatever from previous weeks depending on people’s “shipping selection” apparently…
Midtown won’t combine either but yeah, can’t really fault them. Each order processed individually is treated as such. I’d imagine most aren’t even looking at the names and addresses on the labels. They go pull the book ordered, package it, slap label on it. If they got multiple people, how would Chuck across the warehouse doing packaging knew that the order he has has another order that Joe has one as well going to the same destination.

I had one store (forbidden planet NYC) take two orders of 1/order books and send me a single package. Paid shipping twice, but got the books together.
They did this to me. Paid over $9 for one book due to it. Said my other books weren’t processed despite being already released. I was told “we can’t delay shipping.”…yet this months order sure as hell is being delayed. All my books were added same day, same order.
I’m behind on my reading because of this, I have issues #4, while #3 is sitting at TFAW.
They also took one of my SW HR adventures #2 away (only ordered 2) for next shipment, wth. Maybe I’ll get by the time #5 released.

The other challenging thing I’m seeing with TFAW this past week or so is that books I’ve pre-ordered aren’t showing in my estimated shipping feature. I can see it as successfully pre-ordered in that view. But, when I switch it to the shipping view, a few books that should be there aren’t showing.
Shadecraft 2, 1 2nd print, Silk 3, SIKTC 16, more… all show in my pre-order view, but are missing in the shipping view.
