I order from him as well and there are other places to get incentives at good prices, sometimes even cheaper prices than Tfaw has. You really just have to look. It’s not as easy to get them as it is with Tfaw but I’ll live

An order processed today from TFAW, let’s see how long it will be processed for before ships and receiving it. But $10 for bags and boards and $19!!! For shipping with the slowest damn shipping ever, tfaw needs to change asap or else they’re going to lose a lot of customers if they haven’t already. $20 shipping that takes 3-4 weeks is insane, could us priority for half that amount and it’d be here in 2-3 days.
At least you didn’t get charged taxes. I’m playing $18 on that alone and $17 on shipping

My last one arrived FedEx and only took around 5 days.
Same happened to me but with a lot more books missing. The chat option is missing. I called and was told that they would look into it and get back to me…Still waiting on a response/resolution.

Yeah it might not have been there yet cause it might not have been open yet . I messaged them and the person said they’re gonna talk to the warehouse people to see if they’ll ship out my book or refund me. Waiting for an email back
Villain Gaming order, box was damaged by post office but everything inside was fine. The oversized cardboard used to sandwich the ratios did its job!

I bet you cash you’re packages are handled with way better care from the carriers, any mishap would be an actual accident.
Label it with “glitter inside, please handle carefully”. Glitter is the herpes of the craft world, the handlers don’t want it everywhere and will treat it well.

That’s actually genius. I would worry my buyers would be like, “Why did they send me glitter?” until they open the package and see it’s just the comic, however.
I have been fulfilling pre-orders that Tfaw never ships by buying some of the incentives from ComixZone. They ship on time and everything comes in a Gemini mailer. Even if it is 1 comic book they will send it in a Gemini. One time they had one copy of some Dept of Truth issue on backorder and when it came in they sent it by itself in a Gemini and did not charge me for any extra shipping for the 2nd package. Tfaw would have sent it in a crappy envelope and charged me shipping for it.
Also their prices are sometimes cheaper than Tfaw for incentives. Like I just got in Planet Sized X-Men #1 1:50 Copiel which I bought for $32 from them(it is sold for $65 and has not even processed yet from Tfaw) and Demon Days Mariko 1:25 for $12

Tfaw order with no bags and no boards arrived. Lack of bag and boards was not a problem. Books were packed very well.
3 of the books were wrong - instead of a Gieger #1, I got a Gieger #2 that I never ordered.
Also got two Gieger #2s that weren’t the covers that I ordered.
Side note - tired of DC card stocks showing up with torn corners.
So yeah the whole concern around lack of bag and boards was unwarranted - books were arguably safer than they would’ve been if they had bags and boards.
