Sounds like the Gym Membership type of tactic… you hope people sign up for new years resolutions and usually 50% or more stop going after the first month but never cancel, then when they realize they’re never going back 8 months later, you make them jump through hula hoops to cancel…

You wanted proof of legit sales. What’s the problem? I bought 3 for $45 per
The vast majority of shops will not order 50 copies. No one cares or is buying this book.
So I can see the 1:50s being a little on the low supply side and FOMO driving some sales up to $100 short term, but that is all it will be.
There is nothing about this book or the cover that will sustain sales. The FOMO’ers will get their copies this week and overpay, after they all get their overpriced copies demand will wain and prices will drop. Soon You’ll likely see copies sitting on eBay for months on end at ratio with no BIN sales, and open auctions closing at prices well under ratio.
In other words, the sales you see now are as good as it’s going to get for flippers. Not a book you should be holding on to past this week.

I gotta say, there are more than a few other Adams covers I would rather have for $50 to $80. That being said he does have his following and I doubt even when this book cools it goes lower than ratio.
