The Metal #3 Virgin with the fishhook would be a $2000 dollar book today had it not been for that damn foil.
Foil isn’t a virgins cover…so it’s different.
It I do order the metal foil over the Virgin cover. I actually bought mine on eBay for $10, and it looks like 9.8 (or better).
Looks better it trade…all covers look better in trade IMO.
Still waiting for that $30 TT12 foil link…

The Virgin fish hook was damn near $900 when the foil came out dropped it back down to $150 it’s been starting to get back there topping $500 again.
I’m happy with my $10 foil variant of it…the series is also titled “Metal” and all the other regular covers were foils,so it goes well with them.
I never peeled the white covers off my covers it gets really confusing couldn’t tell you which is what
$100 at 7ate9 for the set…

It’s really not bad they have sold 800 copies in 4 days they sold the last few of their 40 variants at $189 they probably did really well.
Will be a wash though if they bought a 1000 copies of speed metal which might have nothing spec worthy and the only ones that sell are the variant.
