SDCC 2023 Exclusives

Anyone attending SDCC and going to comic book vendors can you give us an idea on how wall books… slabs… back issue pricing is looking like this year.

Are dealers still using Covid High prices on books or have they adjusted to todays market… just curious for any updates!

Would love to hear some feedback on how the con is going over all. It has been a quiet one.

Going to the Star Wars panel today, so hopefully I can take some pictures.

Other then that, people are cutting lines, lines get capped real quick and I got to meet Peach Momoko .

My son got his Usagi books signed and are going to get graded by CBCS. Will share when they arrive.

Hoping I can get to NYCv and see her there this year. I’d like to get a comic signed for my daughter.

Best cosplay I’ve seen all day. She told me she got it all custom made and looks badass…

Hopefully this year at NYCC she doesn’t have to take cover under a table… just a terrible situation for her last year sadly.

If anyone can send me the code for GI Joe Classified Chuckles, I’d be most appreciative! Thanks!!!

Dark droids sounds really good. Going to buy a copy. The concept art is amazing and story is dark and greedy…

Covers for High republic phase 3 (the person on issue 2 are called children of the storm)

Zombie outbreak on star wars tales from the death star

This one sounds good. Younglings get real light sabers not the trainee stile ones.

Here is the drama for today. So my wife was at DC booth for me. As I was doing a signing. And she told me people where pushing to get inside the line. She said that she was walking by the booth and people swarmed in and pushed my wife into the line. She said that one of the guys there got his enckle hurt to the point it popped out of place. He was able to pop it back from what she told me but yeah. People are A$$holes. She was able to get the items we where looking for, but was not expecting this to happen.

Your wife may never agree to go to a comicon again after this experience…man oh man.

Lol. She said “Thats not going to stop me from going. Just gives me a reason to POP! someone next time.” :joy::joy::joy::rofl::rofl::rofl:

To add to this she said “You guys have your Hunting and Fishing sports, I have my blood sport of Comic Con.” Lol

Thanks to you and your wife! Good people through and through!

SDCC is not what it used to be. Way back in those old days I talk more and more about when it was at the original convention center it was just about comics. Comic books, comic writers and comic artists. Booths of comics from sellers all over the world. You would see at least three or four Action #1 or Detective 27 at the high roller booths behind a locked case for easy close up inspection (before the CGC days). No fights, no pushing. A little crowded sometimes but not to the point you couldn’t breath. Now that is for all entertainment it’s cool to be a geek. Sheesh! Glad your wife made it through unscathed.
