When I read stuff like that ^^… I’m just astounded in today’s world the amount of people who can’t even read.
yep, 14 years since the first movie was released. Also, many people are in their own bubbles. One example for me, I was in a room with Garth Brooks for about an hour before I realized who he was. He even introduced himself to me. I only came to that realization when someone told me who he was ( the country singer) after I told my friend how nice the guy wearing the ball cap was.
That’s why I got the cover I know I could sketch Hillary eating a baby on it and get $500 from someone in ten minutes, it’s easy when they’re that gullible.
He’s reached 1953, and Pre-Code Horror is in its prime. Amazing how many publishers were putting out horror, crime, and suspense comics by this year…the top 10’oist and honorable mentions are riddled with them.
Years 1950-52 had a lot too, but didn’t dominate the census quite lime 1953.
No wonder parents freaked out! The next year Seduction of the Innocent gets published and it will be interesting to see what the list looks like before the silver age kicks in…
