You should hear Rob Liefeld’s podcast. He always talks about his creations. That without him there is no Deadpool and all that. It gets kinda annoying but overall, his podcast is good…
In a way its still written by him cuz he puts on his thinking cap of what direction the book goes…
That’s a no from me, dawg.
Seriously tho, I just don’t like Rob much.
Yeah he does get annoying at times. And shows off his millions of $ he made from comics. But yet charges a $H!T load for a signature or remark lol. He’s and odd fellow for sure…
I had zero desire to go greet him at Midtown during NYCC a few years back. Both @Anthony and Toyboxone (tyson) went and greeted him.
Has anyone here asked Rob Liefeld to add feet to a cover as the remark?
What I don’t get is, he has sub par talent and still managed to do a career as a comic book artist…
… and and and hes a ill tempered, loud mouthed SOB on top of the very questionable artistic talent.
The guy is a living case study
If you want a real whiplash experience, watch how humble 23-year-old Liefeld was in his video with Stan Lee and compare to current day Liefeld when he gets in a mood on Whatnot. He’s a funny, knowledgeable guy, but has a quick temper and massive ego.
Which is why I keep saying if everyone stopped acknowledging his existence…he ceases to exist…
In fact, I don’t even know who you guys are taking about…Liefeld? Sounds made up to me….
I enjoy Liefelds artwork. I will also poke fun at his artwork at the same time. There’s aspects of it I love and don’t love.
I asked him for a commission of just feet. I kid of course.
How long do you think it will take to receive that commission
Yeah even if I had the spare income I’d pass big time.
Did you guys pickup Rat City? I haven’t read my copy yet but hoping to do so this weekend. Out of all the new Spawn books this one has me interested.
Not yet. My copy is still at the LCS. But cant wait to see how futuristic this new Spawn is. At least from the cover and some preview pages lol.
I bought it this week, but have not had a chance yet to read it. I know the first half of the story was meh from what I have read, but then the second half is where things pick up and leaves you wanting more for issue #2.
Nice… Will be picking mine up tomorrow
