Same. I have a bunch of HR and HRA volume 1. But, now it’s 2-4 different titles each week, and each book seems to have 3 new characters. At some point over the past year, I just decided to stop paying attention to 95% of them. Instead I’m going after older Vader volumes, things like that.

One of the byproducts of the economy were in, is that buyer behavior, (when it comes to comic speculation), has shifted more towards spec with expected shorter time horizons.
High Republic doesn’t fall into that category at the moment. Star Wars Celebration, Young Jedi Adventures, The Acolyte, or some other development could change that quickly.
It’s a great time to be a buyer.

My fear is i stop cold turkey with this SW deluge, and right after i stop theres a Gunslinger Vader intoduced that has a low print run.
Been there, done that with other titles

I missed Clone Wars 1 for cover priced during my years when I was “too cool” to collect comics and wanted to go to the “hip parties.”
Never again. Lame 4 lyfe!

I feel the same way. The moment I stop buying a certain book, my luck it starts to take off.

I don’t think it contains anything directly pertinent to Young Jedi Adventures. Possible I missed something.

I stopped just because I found out Lucas film/Disney/whoever was not going to let Sprouse do a Leia slave bikini cover. Which should be it’s own thread about how stupid that is that they don’t want that image seen anymore.

Never want to be buying all Star Wars comics because you missed clone wars #1 that’s like buying up every 2nd print because you missed captain marvel #17

HRA 13 is first appearance of Zint.
Not implying that he will show up in Young Jedi Adventures, but I could see it happening.

Man, after Hidden Empire 5 today, Soule’s gotta prove himself again before I buy anything other than 1 copy of cover A of his Star Wars comics.
That was an extremely underwhelming issue.

If you don’t mind me asking, what Star Wars series are you high on?
I had hoped that High Republic would reel me in, but it just didn’t. Then all the events like WOTBH, Crimson Reign, and Hidden Empire just left me feeling blah. Vader run isn’t any special (imo). The only thing that has be excited for Star Wars is Mando (seriously reignited my Star Wars flame after the travesty that is 7-9) and the fruit it bears (Ahsoka, BoBF) and even that magic feels like it is waining. I think too many suits got involved in the creative process.
The art was TERRIBLE in Hidden Empire 5. The story went nowhere.
I wish the comic telling the 2nd season wasn’t going to start with a new #1.
Issue #1, Chapter 9!! 
Wouldn’t surprise me if there will be a flood of store exclusives again…all with Mando and Grogu…and none featuring Cobb Vanth.
