I don’t know if it ultimately matters since Anindito is the actual penciller of the book, but the label on the 4th is different than the others:
Could be… a new cover?
might be new art, 5th or 6 might be regular cover but black and white, or maybe the anindito will be the variant but black and white

My store usually gets about 50 3 pks so multiply that by 2000 = 100k

Yeah, something like that or a full on new cover are my guesses.
I meant of the star wars pack on average not total marvel 3 packs.
Estimated averages on the low end to determine a rough estimate of ratio. Im aware its not an exact science. Open to more feedback than just, its not accurate we’ll never know.
There was feedback left. I gave you 3 unknown variables that you didn’t account for in your guestimate.
It is pointless to try to ‘estimate’ any number for the Walmart books as we have essentially no information to base any sort of calculation on. It’s meaningless guess work. No offense, but this is not the first time someone has tried to guesstimate the print runs on these Walmart books. There is no reliable data. I appreciate your effort, but I’m letting you know that it is a fruitless task.

I hope anyone who bought these books is contacting their states attorney general or whomever would want to know about a business committing fraud. Complete and utter bullturds!! Yes because we printed our own COA and snapped a few pics it proves the books were destroyed. If you had a book that was selling for several hundred dollars each would you destroy the vast majority? I didn’t think so. I hope there getting blasted by customers about this nonsense.

Quite the racket they have going. Frankly, even “if” they are destroying copies (which I just think is absolutely absurd to begin with), I still don’t care for it. I hate the way many of the media hounds are escalating it as well.
I realize these exclusives are a constant now…this one just doesn’t sit well with me.
They can place all the disclaimers they want on CBSI, it doesn’t change the true narrative around it.
Not a fan of these “homage” covers either. It’s just lazy when it comes down to it.

It was that there was an issue with the logo on the back (also? or instead?). Notice how they don’t show you the back of the cover!
