To my memory it was. I know the release date was 3 weeks apart, which is indicitave of the foc before 1st print release.

I donāt remember when the cover was released but I do remember there was a general scramble at the time to secure the 2nd print covers.
My impression is typical comic shops did not order any or enough of the 2nd print but there were speculators ording a ton which changed how availability appears in the marketplace. Speculators are more likely to sell online making them more visible.

I donāt think that can be Elzar Mann because he was on Valo for the arepublic Fair before and during that battle with the Drengir.
And then immediately afterwards he took his sabbatical with Orla.
Edit: although they did mess up the continuity by including Orbalin in that story
