Just pulled mine out…has some weird defect…almost like a drop of water landed on it. Never removed it since I got it from TFAW…so had to have been shipped to me that way.

Well see, no, this is why it’s absurd not to call a cameo a first appearance. If you get strung along with three cameos, you end up with the fourth appearances as “first full” which doesn’t make any sense.
I’m just saying it has the best/most Rwoh content so far in comics.
We can’t go around stating firsts aren’t firsts just because we don’t like how the appearance is presented.
Sometimes a character’s first is kinda crappy and that’s ok. Vernestra’s first is High Republic 2. Yeah, it’s two panels, she doesn’t do much, and people might not like it very much, but it is.

2 panels or less equals a cameo.
If its 4 or more hand or shadow panels and 2 face panels it is a full
If its 3 or less appendage or shadow panels and 2 face panels it’s a cameo.

I dont think she shows up after issue #5 aside from the annual. She is on the cover of THR #14 2nd print that was recently announced but that doesn’t matter much.
I remember that. Gadget was really a bad detective and Wendy did the actual work.
Wasn’t her name Penny? I’m too lazy to look, lol. The Inspector was a go-go-gadget-goofball.
