Okay, Kyle was able to confirm on the email that you did have 4 placed, so you should see it increased from 1 to 4. (Not sure if it happens immiately or when indexes run.)
If you have any info on if you did anything that you noticed made it switch to 1 please let me know. There should be no reason it did switch, so if there’s a bug I want to catch it!

I don’t recall anything other than logging into the site as I do regularly (almost daily).
I did order 1 of each of the a and b covers after the FOC, but I don’t know why that would cause a problem with the C cover. You are awesome by the way!
As great as @RipCityGamer is, please do not do this again. These forums are not tfaw customer support, if you have an issue go to their customer support do not make an account on here to harass someone who happens to work for tfaw that chooses to spend his off-the-clock time here. It’s absolutely rude.

Yeah, sorry, brand spanking new users are limited until they gain trust. It’s a security measure so new users can’t just start messaging people, etc.
I’m only saying this now because you’re not the first new user to do this, every since those posts in those groups about us people have been coming specifically to ask Brendon to fix their issues instead of going through their main site. While he is off-the-clock he shouldn’t still have to work when he is trying to enjoy his spec hobby.

I agree. I know I’ve sent you a message privately @RipCityGamer stating don’t feel obligated to reply to every single @ mention but seriously, don’t feel obligated to reply to customer service type questions unless you want to. You can tell users to contact support first.
We should all try to refrain from using Brendon, please try to contact TFAW support directly first. Cheers and thanks again @RipCityGamer for being awesome to our users.

Again, I’m sorry and won’t do it again. I only reached out because I did go to customer service twice regarding this situation and they were no help. I also wanted to know if it was happening to anyone else. Perhaps I should have posted under TFAW Preorders? Never meant to be rude. Just seeking help through the community.

Its not a huge deal. I don’t want to have to spend time helping with regular issues, but in this case something possibly really broken is going on so I’d rather be able to help our team look into it sooner rather than later.

Pre-ordered 4 of them before FOC

I ordered some copies of the star wars high republic on Dec.16 and they canceled them on Dec.20 so they will cancel orders on you. This was also my first order with them and the price was 3.00 plus so I am wary of them now. Was after FOC I think but also is a hot book so not sure exactly why they canceled, although I do have an idea why, but they said comic was no longer available for preorder and they had no problem sending me a cancel notice as a first time customer. Not exactly a good business practice in my opinion but that’s ok, I guess, but they should not list them available for preorder if they are not available. Most of their incentive variants are really high also with the exception of a few of the least popular ones that are under ratio.
I just tried to add another hans variant to my order of 15 that I ordered before FOC and then it asked if I wanted to add one more so I clicked yes and it deleted my order for 15. I thought I would be able to add one after final order cutoff.
Now you’re just getting greedy if you had 15 and tried to add more…
