Yes, I think it was over 400 or so of misc issues around Virus and Codex firstsā¦
Who is that? I got about a dozen copies of #25 at cover price.
Yikes!! Makes me not feel as bad with my 3-4 copies. Glad I sold some of the store variants before the reveal and recouped my buy in money and kept the extras.
My Venom #25 I sold the next day after they arrived back in the summer. I think I bought like 2 or 3 copies total. Iām satisfied with my profits thenā¦
Youāre more than an order of magnitude behind this person in number of copies!

I learned my lesson with buying variants with all the Venom hype. I am glad that I did get rid of most of them making a quick flip and then selling some off to get my money back. I did keep some of the regular trades.

Venom was one of the first comics I started flipping when I got into this whole craziness back in Marchā¦ I flipped a lot of them, but still have the 25-31 issues that i orderedā¦trying to package them together to sell full runs of the series or something to get out with minimal lossā¦

There could be something that happens with the King In Black or hinted to happen afterwards that might save the Venom comics. I will re-list my remaining variants soon to get rid of most of them. These days the most I spec are about 10 issues of something.

Iām doing great overall with Virus and Codex. Sales have certainly slowed recently, but I recovered my initial investment before they did and I have a ton left that is fully paid for. Iām not a flipper. I donāt spend money that I canāt afford to be patient with. Iām very confident that Virus and Codex will heat up again, the only question to me is when.
I ended up getting 1600 copies of High Republic, so Iām having some fun knowing that I own about 1% of the print run.

Wowā¦1,600 copies??? Congrats on that! Has anybody else bought in bulk? I thought I was sitting pretty with 3 copies of cover A, 2 of Hans, 3 of 1:10, and 1 of Cover B.

Virus is pretty much one and done I think. Codex is dead as we shift focus back to our own Universe with Knull along with Eddie and Dylanā¦ Good luck I suppose.
