Looks like my High Republic #1 CBE exclusive (Clone Wars homage) just shipped out, wow surprised I was one of the lucky orders that’s being shipped from the batch that wasn’t damaged! Will post pictures of everything once it’s received!

Weird. I could have sworn they were implying the whole batch was ditched.
I doubt they would send out the issues with the wrong logo which appeared to be on the back cover (so the virgin cover?).
Did you get the trade and virgin set? Or just trade? I ask because I’m wondering if the damage and logo mistake was on the virgin.
They only had 2 packages for sale, #1 which was a trade and a virgin cover (and reader copy), and #2 which was a trade, virgin, 1:10, and 1:25 (and reader). They posted that they could fulfill half of the orders they received, and that’s a good point about the messed up logo, I wonder maybe only some get messed up during the printing process? Guess we will have to wait and see which logo I get, but them drawing attention to it on social media, I can’t see them sending out the wrong logo ones.

Thanks for posting. I had three of these preordered without seeing the actual cover. Since there’s no firsts on the cover and it doesn’t blow me away I lowered it down to just one. Anyone know who the little green guy is that’s covered partially by the barcode?

I don’t know, but I have a buddy who has owned a shop for years. He does 99% of his sales on Amazon which is sort of unique imo. I’ve watched him sell more copies than I can count for $24.99 for the cover A. He was getting $29.99 for the Hans, then $59.99, and now $79.99. Just copy after copy selling at an unbelievable pace.
I think it’s interesting as we often use Ebay for our pulse on the market (and certainly that is appropriate), but things like sales on Amazon or FB sales (which I’ve also seen this book sell like crazy for insane prices) should also be considered.
I’m feeling pretty confident in the lasting appeal of this comic.
