Star Wars: The High Republic

Is SWHR a mini series or ongoing? I don’t remember. I think SWHRA is the ongoing?

Both are ongoing.

I think they’re both ongoing (especially given the demand so far)

Fomo train has left the SWHR station as it rolls down the MCU WandaVision track?

Just did a preliminary price/test run for tommorrow variant. Mayhew store shipping is $8

EastsideComics is $6

I think Mayhew may have more traffic and possibly harder to checkout…

So it’s being sold in two places?

Did it say $60 for the virgin? If that’s the case it’s ridiculous.

Do we know if Marchion Ro even appears in HR 3?

He was in high republic adventures #1, and will be in HRA#2.

Yeah, imo need that…

Yes. So, then, if the character has already appeared, and doesn’t appear in HR 3, all you’ve got there is an exclusive cover with the character. If there’s no appearance IN the book, there may not be much meat on that spec bone.

I’m counting it. It’s a cover. It was released first. Debate over? Right?

Yup 2 places.

Yeah $60 a virgin.

Heres Mayhee and EastsideComics caption…

Mayhee states it’s the first cover as HE was given the honor… so guts can be 2 but this is first cover … whatever that means:woozy_face::woozy_face::upside_down_face:

Yeah, there is ZERO doubt it is his first cover appearance , as he doesnt appear on the cover of SWHRA #3 until a month later. The real question is what is in the book? He has a cameo in SWHRA #1 and is sure to be in SWHRA#2 released same day as SWHR #3. :man_shrugging:

What’s interesting is that I am fairly certain High Republic takes place after Light of the Jedi. Sskeer is missing his arm, the Starlight Beacon has been dedicated, all of which took place at the end of the book. Marchion Ro gets a new helmet at the end of that book as well, the one with the swirls seen at the end of High Republic Adventures 1, not this one with the red eye. Where it gets a bit dicey is that the hyperspace emergences (the debris careening toward the planet in Adventures #1) are all resolved by the end of Light of the Jedi, and before Marchion gets his new helmet. So, both this cover and the last page of Adventures #1 have their timing a bit screwy with the novel.
