its a long hold book for sure, she’s very old stretches from high republic to skywalker saga at least, which gives her a wide range of uses in movies or shows

Is it possible that TFAW is not opening their shipments on day of arrival so they don’t realize their damages until it is too late for replacements? I have ordered from over a dozen stores and TFAW is the only one with consistent unreplaced damages issues.

Well, if true, they’ve been getting shipments for the past month or two like 1 week after release. So even if they did open up on arrival to inspect, any damaged books are likely gone at distributor level if other shops already reported damages to get replacements. IDK how it all works, I just can’t see a distributor sitting on a huge pile of replacement books, being they should be very limited since if they are sitting on piles, that means print run estimates are truly skewed and just proves publishers publish way more than we’re being told.
