The same way they didn’t care about shipping you the correct item, they also obviously don’t care about proofreading. What a sloppy e-mail.
So when they sent me the message about the refund he made comment that a crack in the case was not the reason for a refund and I told him that I disagreed. Max was determined to get the last word in.
So I responded.

Not only do they provide cruddy support, but even how their shipping department handles books is terrible. I tend to pre-order some of the higher ratios from them like a fool, even those sometimes come all messed up. They just do not care on the quality at all as a business. With the message from Max, it shows what a clown that the guy is blaming the customer (Anthony) for something that is their own fault.

My regular books come fine. The funny thing is the order included non-bagged and boarded comics in the same box and they were all minty fresh. Including foil covers which can be delicate.
I stop ordering from TFAW because they suck all around. Others should do the same.

I am planning to do the same. I have a few preorders into September but then I am done with them. They suck.

They suck so bad they sucked me back in.
I bought a bunch of slabs and variants from their recent big sale. They came beautifully. Not sure what happened this go around.

I haven’t had a problem in about 3 years of using TFAW. I only pre-order comics w/ ratios but they’ve always come safely.
Who do you use then? I was considering switching to third eye since I get my Tynion books from them

I’ve switched back to DCBS for most of my monthly orders. If only they would allow you to order up to the actual foc, they would be much better. Customer service takes forever, but 99% of the time you won’t need it.
Quick question, did anyone order the new Penthouse Comics from TFAW? I ordered two covers and neither was fulfilled, ordered before FOC, way before FOC.
I ordered the Dekal, Scalera, and 1:10 Llovet.
I think I’m on the one shipment per month; so nothing has shipped for me yet, but they remain on my pre-order list as locked-in.
