How in the ■■■■ can you have a customer service representative on the phone to address an issue and they can’t handle it while on the phone?! I wonder if they realize the amount of business you bring to them?

I was actually calm when I spoke to him but told him the ridiculousness of having a phone line that is near impossible to get through to. And when you do, they refuse to do anything.
Sounds like Max is overworked and underpaid while dealing with all the F’up’s the shipping department and other departments are bringing forth.
