To be fair the person who mentioned the book(Mr.Longshort) said specifically to NOT pay more than cover and you should look in stores and not pay ebay prices( this was a few days before it made the list when it was just a cool cover topic) then people started chasing it.

I grabbed this in a dollar bin sale (4 for $1) a while back. Haven’t read it to see if there’s anything speccy in it. But, that’s the kind of risky gambler I am, folks. Throwing money around like it’s nothin.

There is also a 2nd print to Avengers vol8 #29 with War Widow on the cover this is War widows first appearance as well. Said to be scarce with a 928 print run. Not my number someone else’s.
Ultimates #1 Should also get a bit of a pump. As always, a book that most should already have or had their eyes on, but still…

Which Ultimates series? At work and won’t be able to watch for a few hours.
Not sure anyone is going to find AV29 2nd in the wild unless it’s up on a wall or behind glass. It’s been a hot pickup or a while. I looked months ago and notta.
Some may be in hidden in Walmart packs. Doubt it as the last series of 3-packs was scarce on 2nd prints.
I wasn’t collecting when the Truth series came out. I’ve seen this poster that came in wizard magazine, and there was also a larger, Marvel promotion poster as well.
I’ve looked, googled, etc, and it doesn’t appear to have ever been an actual comic cover or variant, but thought I’d ask.
I really like the look of it. I was fond of the series when I read it, obviously even moreso now. I’d love to display this.
