The Falcon and the Winter Soldier Spec

I don’t know that is weird, every article I’ve read lists him as Eli Bradley but I couldn’t find anything in an official page that says that.

I don’t know what the actual shows credits list him as.

I do subtitles as well and I’ve picked up several things I wouldn’t have known otherwise. Mostly because I can’t hear.

And they will only increase in value because they are the only official releases of the Theatrical versions on dvd. All others are VHS outside Laserdisk and VHS tapes degrade over time so eventually, those will all die out. I have the theatrical Best Buy Tin with all 3 films STILL UNOPENED and they go for a few hundred dollars for the lot if they are brand new like mine. I also have the single Walmart theatrical Empire Strikes Back dvd also unopened with the comic still inside and that also fetches a shit ton on eBay. I don’t plan on selling them. Cherish these lovelies and I don’t see the Theatrical ever being released on blue ray as Kennedy has essentially confirmed that George is opposed to it ( they would have released them by now if they could) so my guess is that George had a clause in the original Disney deal that only the special editions could be released for future

You don’t say…

Hit the top 10 who ever said Machine Man 7 #4 on the top 10. Truth 1 landed in the #3 spot.

Dont care about CBSI or their “top 10”. Some of those books they pumped (& dumped) themselves days (or weeks) before.

What MJ said above. They have no credibility whatsoever.

Oh my post was misrepresented it’s not that I value their thoughts or opinions BUT in this forum I see the same question “why is this book moving/selling sudden increase in price or I’ve had this book listed for weeks then all of a sudden it sold” my post was more for the intent to notify the flippers/holders of said issues to SELL off if u have em because they created hype to drive people after the books.

I mean, we all knew those books would sell. Any book that has a 1st appearance from a movie/tv show is going to sell…

Oh I understand I just despise them. I appreciate all your posts. They’re another tool to use but I stopped using them because it’s my understanding they’re behind Comic Book Exclusives and I hate those @ssholes.

Agree with you @ToddW those exsclusives turned me off to them being impartial on books and now they 100% create hype/fomo around books.

They are constantly advertising for several different sites with giveaways for exclusives and then links to buy directly. I just counted 7 such “articles” they posted advertising exclusive covers in the last 30 days.

I think we usually refer to these as “sell outs”… Muhahahahaha… I kid, I’m all for advertising if they’re getting a kickback to support their site but when they start pump and dumping, that’s when I draw the line myself.

The best is when I see a new article essentially “Be on the Lookout”…and a few days later the books are on the list.

Yeah in the beginning I thought it was all some “friends of the show” plugging ya homies. But then I realized the stores they promoted the books usually wound up on whatever list they had. I had to give it a funny look at that point. Then every book you give away comes from said store/website.

That pro spec ten list they do is pretty dumb. Now thats blatant pump and dump. “Hey you guys should get this captain America book with the women of liberty” then you go on ebay and its $100+.

The “women of liberty” rumor is all bs. There is no rumor. Its a pump n dump.

I appreciate this. At this point, regardless of what anyone thinks of CBSI, Key Collector, or the bigger YouTubers, they all move books. Whether one agrees with what they feature or not. There are enough fans out there who will buy what these outlets talk about. It is better to be informed and SELL, like SpideyHunter says, when the opportunity is there - even if you think the spec is garbage.

As long as your not advertising the book using fake spec it’s all good in my book. If you know something is false and you advertise that false information you’re part of the problem.

The fact of the matter is that anybody who cares about your household budget is going to tell you about books with potential firsts and key occurrences when they are on sale for cover price or less.

Once somebody is talking about a book that’s $50, $100 and up, they better be telling you to sell it if you got it or they are just treating you like a customer.

My favorite finds are key events in books nobody cares about out of the dollar bin.
