I know CGC didn’t previously. At Baltimore a few years ago Amanda Connor and Jimmy P asked me to get copies of Pro #1 Metal cover signed by Garth Ennis (as well as them) and have them graded. CGC said their cases would be destroyed. They have since changed their cases though.
I think it’s for the safety of the employees too. The covers are razor sharp
maybe they will pull a boom and the 1:1000 will be signed by pascal
