Midtown has Nice House By The Sea #1 signed by JT4 for cover price. FYI. Volume 1 was great and has TV show written all over it.
Thanks. He was supposed to do a signing at Third Eye but it got rescheduled until September. May just order one from Midtown
For those that are interested, there are a bunch of DSTLRY books in Midtownâs current 75% off sale. These are entirely spec-less until something gets optioned, but there are some good reads (just not for $9 each). But for 75% off? Thatâs more reasonable.

Example: White Boat 1 convention exclusive for $2.75
Something to keep an eye onâŠbeen seeing some buzz, but other than shop sell outs eBay prices still at cover.
Got the cover B this past week, did not see cover A
If you are a believer that this will get the Rivals boost, Midtown has them for $1.80.

Ah, the olâ Jims Comics pump n dump. You can read this book already online for free. Itâs nothing special. Some good art and 1 page stories, thats it.
I will say that there are a lot of Ice Cream Man books that have good value that also include just good art and stories. Hard to find issues 1-20. This one was getting a lot of buzz because of the unique format. Demand may outweigh supply.
You convinced me. Just took the plunge and found 9 copies of A 3 copies of B.
That was kind of the point. Itâs a book with multiple big name creators. I could see this book being one of those that people bring to comic cons to get multiple creators to sign it, like those skyline covers of spawn, TMNT and ASM.
Something different.
I wasnât saying to go all in. Just a watch item as Jim wasnât the only one talking about it at FOC.
I have 1 copy of cover A just to readâŠand unless it pops thatâs where stop.
Oh I know. Iâm an all in guy though when something speaks to me. This one speaks to me with the 1 page stories and so many writers (including Patton oswold - guy has his fans). Has to be slowee print run. Too many thing for me to not want to throw a few bucks into it.
