and he just popped up in Strange #9, interesting
Still sucks as a card
I don’t understand what marvel hopes to accomplish by putting the least popular characters in a movie? I think the problem Marvel has is they made us care about a bunch of characters that were “killed” off and “replaced” them with characters no one cares about.
Hey, it worked with Guardians of the Galaxy. No one even knew who those characters were besides hardcore Marvel space-story fans!
Three words - character movie rights. They would probably not have started with the Avengers if they had the rights to Spider-Man and X-men.
I remember being astounded when GOTG was announced, because they were Z-list to me. It’s Marvel Studios’ job to get us to care. Do they always succeed? No. But the overall batting average is still favorable.
Let’s face it, they still have to make stuff while they get their X-men and FF houses in order.
Hawkeye and Black Widow were B list characters at best before the Avengers movies.
Yeah but there’s a big difference. All these lame characters have all been in several shows and movies and aren’t fan favorite’s. GOTG we’re unknown to non comic fans before the movie.
And there still both b-list characters after the movies.
Yeah, for me they still are, but they have definitely gained some fans.
He was fantastic in, “Nope.”
So he playing sentry?
Nobody knows, outside of Marvel Studios…and him.
Seems alot of people on Twitter are guessing it’s gonna be Sentry.
And Sentry spec goes crashing
Never went big on Sentry. Bought all his firsts when he was first introduced. I liked the character but doubt today’s Marvel could do him justice.
Without me having to look around the internet, did they say why? (short on time right now)
I havent seen any answers as to why.
