Actually, lots of collectors who did not follow social media and only read the book thougth it was Knull. It’s ok for a character to appear more than once in a splash.

Yeah, Codex looks nothing like Knull 
Clearly everyone here is cursed with an extremely high comic book IQ. But it’s probably important we stay in touch with the casual comic masses lol.
As it was explained to me: They’re both in the same series, they’ve got a similar logo on their chests, both have dark costumes, both have long hair and in several instances, Codex wore a mask making his face unclear…
My response: oh yeah? well they’re actually very different!
