If you opened your pack, could you share the books that were in there ? Also, were there any other new packs ? If yes, only DC ? Or also Marvel ? Thanks !
I haven’t opened it yet. I bought it because I thought it was the theater give away and figured why not, lol. Walmart had two of the packs with that as the top book. I saw what looked like the books from the last round again as top books, unless some were leftovers. I did not see new Marvel books.

Marvel books have been released like clockwork every quarter. So early May is the next round. Maybe last week in August.
DC seems to release theirs randomly. But each release seems to have two “waves” which is why we should be on the lookout for more Rwby 7s.
Check those spines for black books with an orange (?) DC Universe symbol.

I found both RWBY covers in ‘I am Batman’ packs but beware not all ‘I am Batman’ packs have these covers. They may have other variants though that may not be worth much (depends on the buyer). Be on the lookout for the JSC Catwoman covers; these are recognizable from the writing on the thick spine.
No new covers at the Walmart near me.

I lucked out on two also; looks like they are going to be two per store. Might be a large print run based on the no. of stores + copies already handed out ? Cant find many sales on Ebay ? Is this a good spec ? Is it worth trying to seek more copies ? I noticed the HQ cover is sold out on TFAW.
I also noticed a movie photo cover with the movie Batman and Catwoman on it. This was only one per store. Any spec on this one ?
What’s the big deal about this book again? Its a reprint of Long Halloween issue #1? Or is it more than that?
The cover is by Bianchi, and was used for the IMAX handout. It is listed as The Long Halloween #1 Special Edition. But it is also the cover of Harley Quinn #13 (Cover C - Simone Bianchi the Batman Card Stock Variant), that came out this week (I think ?). So its an IMAX variant.
I did get two copies yesterday, but am trying to figure out the spec as I dont seen many listed on Ebay. Maybe some else can chime in. May be it will take some time to catch on - it does look good (based on the movie characters).

The spec is they are selling for like $20. Turn and burn. Listing mine today.

Is it worth getting the photo variant too - noticed this was one per store.
I thought this was a pretty solid pack. I’m not a big DC guy, but I’ve been wanting to read DC/vampires and Long Halloween.

Oh…Uncle Sam takes 30%…make that $2 profit. Assuming you re-used a mailer.
I might grab one for the PC…but these are not with my time to flip.

Didnt open my packs - but I see from the spine that both have Book Two of the Batman Three Jokers. The other books look similar.
I must say the art on the Batman Imax book does seem good, so might be worth for the PC. Ordered a copy of the HQ 13 also, so might be good as a pair.
They were going for $50. I got two so of I sell one for $20 then I have paid for both plus all the other comics that came with it. Some $7.99 prestige format books that I sell for $3-4 on whatnot. Plus a team variant that is going for $10. Yea $20 off one book but broken down I will make money.
So you are selling them separately/opening the pack. What books did you find in your pack ? I read on the CGC forum, that someone found an RWBY with this (Batman IMAX) pack, but I dont buy it. I havent seen any more mentions of RWBY in the latest packs.
I peaked at the spines. I thought it was an “orange” DC Universe label in the upper right…but turns out it’s closer to red.
I was in a rush so just bought the pack…later realizing it’s not a Rwby7. So I’ll bring it back sometime.
But you should clearly be able to see the red in the upper left through the shrink wrap.
Here’s what my Long Halloween pack had.
Catwoman 26 frison was a nice Bonus. I think this book has a first appearance as I bought cover A a while back.
The disappointment was hidden behind the cardboard support was a folded corner….now I’ll have to buy another perhaps…but will search another store to seek out Rwby7 some more…
