To answer the “is it a facsimile”
here is Webster a definition.

Because we cannot say it’s an exact copy of the original, these comics are technically not
Facsimiles by definition. Even if the UPC/price on the cover is not the original would disqualify it.

But why would that stop people from calling something it’s not to make money. “Facsimile” is just a term
and one would likely argue that it’s the contents inside the cover that are a facsimile. (A very weak position to take, IMO).

I should look at some of my other “facsimiles” to see what the indica on the first page says
if it’s anything BUT the original indica then case closed
because then the interior would not be an exact copy either.

That is simply incredible.
How do folks find where this clown is literally stealing the image and then editing it?

I can understand the Gun Honey cover with the model which can be found with a little bit of detective work; but this is a dopey hand holding an ice cream cone and another hand with a gesture. That’s like impossible to just “find” and yet they are identical to his <cough, choke> drawing.

It was me and @chasingcomics on Instagram.

It really wasn’t my difficult. I searched “finger gun” and it was on page one of Google image search. Chasingcomics searched “melting ice cream hand” and it was on page one.

How blatant the image copying is makes it all that much worse. Just so audacious.
