To be honest that’s how store variants should be, take sales up to a certain date destroy all remaining copies with a video showing every copy you say is being destroyed and have a database with actual print run totals after destruction. Because at least that way something could pop with limited copies available. Instead of 2500 copies collecting dust for years and when it does get hot all these copies are buy in price or lower and you still can’t flip the exclusive you bought years ago.

Taking that orange Luke negative variant from a few years ago and putting Luke against the backdrop of the Yoda green negative variant from a few years ago must have taken many days to create.

spec wise JTC covers are dead, as soon as he started doing multiple variants/colors of same books the spec was dead

Well, this move definitely means there will be a bigger print run for these than other variants. That’s why he’s doing it, because of complaints about availability.
Not speaking to spec, but he has his audience and I’ll pick up one copy each for the PC.

Maybe it is just a bury shot of an already blurry force ghost.
I was thinking he may have just grabbed the thrawn cover at random and blurred it out.
