Actually the 2 pages are different in that in X-Men #2 they refer to the Summoners of Arrako and in #12 they specifically state the Summoners of Amenth. I am certain that the High Summoner is telling HIS version of a tale and purposefully leaving out some key details. Like how Genesis did not actually battle Annihilation. Why? Because they are one in the same. That is what the tarot card in the FCBD is referencing. I believe that the High Summoner was tasked with bringing Apocalypse back to Arakko in order to give him a beatdown by the family he left. IMO of course.

Glad I jus scored the X-men 2 Wolverine for $8 grabbed 2 copies
Then scored some 2nd prints 1-6 for $11. Well see how this plays out.
Good luck with actually receiving them. I scored a couple dozen Sentry #4 & #5 and EVERY seller refunded my orders.
Thankfully the few I managed to get were early enough that the price hadnāt gone up on eBay yet so they all got shipped. Although I did have one seller send me a snarky message on eBay telling me to enjoy taking advantage of him and buying it so cheap.
My Mercari shipped already. Thankfully I catch the people that arent spec watching and are just offloading books.
I dont get how itās taking advantage of? Like today Sep 22nd I post a book for a 7 day auction and on the 6th day news breaks that book is hot important to future stories etc. You buy on that 5th day for a low price I dont get how thatās taking advantage of. You bought it at the market value for that day

My sentry order still pending. Not expecting to get it. I emailed the store yesterday asking about the status of my transaction (it had been a week).
Immediately after I emailed I got a shipping notice, but details show that all that happened was that the USPS shipping label was created.
I then got an email from their customer service later in the evening saying that the package will be shipped this week.
I donāt think the folks that created the label/emailed me back know whatās up, but I am expecting that the individual that pulls the books to fulfill the order will, and that that is when things will change.

I ordered a Sentry #4 before pretty early in the game and still ended up getting the ole āWe checked and must have made a mistake/couldnāt find it, blah, blah, blahā. I did end up getting the inexpensive #5.
Relative to the topicā¦I grabbed two copies of the Xmen #2 variant for very cheap awhile ago when we were all discussing it.
I passed on the 1:25 I had a chance at. Guess Iāll look at the shop tomorrow and see if it survived the weekend or not.

Yes I remember how annoyed you were at them cancelling orders while you were refreshing all day to get a chance at that variant. They cancelled one of my reg cover order also.
BTW thank you very much for all your posts have learned a bunch and was able to secure
some cheap X-men 2 1:25 copies before the hype!

Thatās just unnecessaryā¦ the seller is in control of his listings and prices on such listings. Itās not taking advantage if you fail to update your own prices to market value. Shame on him, I hope a pigeon drops some turds on his head for being a total turd blossom the next time heās outsideā¦ (and I hope itās a pigeon with chronic diarrhea if they can get such a thingā¦ )

Over a decade ago a friend had a bachelor party in AC and while on the boardwalk, a seagull let loose right into his eye socket. No joke, it was like his eye caught the liquid bird poop perfectly and it just settled in there as he looked up at the sky in shock. Iāll never forget itā¦
