I can see it now. Shops didn’t order these and thus result in a very low print run…toss in a bit of fomo the week of release and we have ourselves a hit!!

Considering this is how good my art skills are I feel a need to defend them slightly.
I kinda like the logo on the Joker book.
If I could buy -10 and somehow stop them from producing ten copies I would.

These are bad because I know he could do better. He intentionally made them bad…and that’s why I don’t like them.

King’s been doing these “I’m sorry” sketch covers for a while so I’m not really surprised DC decided to make one official, but I do think 3 is overkill.
I mean at least its art even if its super bad art, I don’t get people paying for whats basically a logo slapped on a background

it’s foil and shiny. I’d buy it if it was an open order.
I like it…but you’re right it’s not really and artistic cover that demands a premium price.
