The Beau DeMayo situation feels like a lot of hush hush around it, everything was very quiet and no one knew why he was let go.
It seemed like both parties agreed to keep things quiet, but then the past few days DeMayo started attacking and calling out Disney which is a bad idea when he screwed up with his behavior and them having reciepts and releasing that info
If I recall, Majors was a public arrest…again, not an insider investigation. and Disney waited until the verdict before canning him. These are all different examples.
I have a feeling Disney probably wishes to have the whole Gina thing back. They have been so hypocritical with actor’s personal views that they don’t like as opposed to ones management aligns with that are equally polarizing. Doubt it works out well with them when it goes to court. With Majors and DeMayo, at least those were fairly cut and dry.
The thing with Gina tho is they told her to knock it off and gave her several chances and she wasnt backing down even when her peers were telling her to chill out and ultimately she didn’t, now shes making crappy movies with daily wire that even the ones most adamant about her being wrongfully fired aren’t even paying attention to. I think Disney is doing alright without her
Yeah. I believe she tried to make it right, or at least that’s the way the lawsuit speaks to it, but Disney wanted it one way and was not flexible. It’ll be interesting to see how it plays out.
