Nope, nope, no. Done with them.
Hard to take them seriously.
Any thoughts on some of the new titles? Escape from Wyoming, Orc Island come out 11/2. Werewolves x society of fearless frontiersman. Finders. The Ends. They’re All Terrible- actual title not a though on the books. Some of the art looks really good. No write ups on stories though.
Not buying them, bad idea can eat a fat one
I actually enjoyed quite a bit of their comics that were released. However, I’ve basically stopped even trying to get any at participating shops because I’m just annoyed with their dumb marketing methodology.
That’s kind of where I’m at. I’ve really enjoyed almost all their series. But the gimmicks are just getting old, and the repeat of the sticker and the Kickstarter kind of tipped it over the edge for me.
Make that two fat ones!
This seems….backwards:
I pay you to be an employee? Sounds more like a scam to sell insurance in a pyramid scheme than a comic publisher job.
Some days I barely want to be a comic collector, let alone a publisher.
I… don’t understand all the trolling of the industry. Lifestyles of the rich and bored?
Did you see what you get for paying them $1000?
You get to work for them and edit a comic.
Can’t do any worse than who ever edited this and didn’t copy over the art from the panel and instead left the artist notes. Difference between me drunkenly editing their books and whoever edited it was I didn’t get paid for it. Lol.
I’m sure Bad Idea will say it’s a special, “Artist’s Notes,” edition.
Good chance Bad Idea saw it and instead of fixing the mistake before it went to press allowed it to go through so enthusiast sites would point it out…free press and all.
That would actually be kind of genius.
My only resolution for this year is to completely stop talking about this joke and clown of a company. This will be last my last comment in regards to them. They deserve zero publicity (even bad publicity) or mentions at this point and here after.
Sometimes ignoring something can enrage it more than insulting it.
