It would do that company wonders to hire a Black Belt Six Sigma specialist to oversee a more disciplined, data driven approach for their defects; all their defects. Defects in grading, in customer complaints, in damages, etc…
If comic grading was part of a true business environment with multiple companies lobbying for your money, they’d be out of business in a month. We all know it; we just prefer to keep that elephant in a different corner of the room

Had to upgrade my 1.0 before this book gets out of hand. Looks way better than a 4.0 also hasn’t been pressed. White Pages!

I’ve been stalking this darned book ever since it released. I had it pre-ordered via DCBS at the time and they cancelled it on me.
Generally a pretty pricey book, but attention on Lady Thor has waned of late. I’ve kept an eye on auctions and got it for a great price imo. Buy the dip as they say.
Such a beautiful cover. Honestly one of my favorites.
I’ll be keeping this.

Just paid this off… One for the PC. Not much love for Shang-Chi yet since we haven’t gotten much besides tidbits here and there but I’m hoping the movie brings excitement for the Martial Arts characters of the MCU. I guess we’ll see but Kung-Fu Saturday mornings were awesome growing up!

Picked this up a few weeks ago. Finally sold enough books to get a personal grail of mine. Laura is my 2nd favorite character and my first being Spider-man so this was 2nd on my grails list under AF15

Just got this back today from CGC. I purchased this book raw from ebay and it was listed with a potential grade of 7.0. It had a horizontal crease that went through the entire book. I got the book pressed and the book came back a CGC 9.2. Very happy to finally add this grail book to the collection.

Do you have any before pictures of the book? Looking to get some books pressed and spent out for grading and wanted to see how good the pressing services is?

I have tried many pressers including ccs, cfp, local pressers and none are better than https://www.comicbookpressingservice.com/
and turn around time are the best in the industry at about 1 week.

Does he send direct to CGC or do you have to get it sent back and submit yourself?
As long as it doesnt break color, it may be pressed out.
He sends the books straight to CGC or CBCS, all you have to do is include the CGC packing slip.

Technically color breaking creases can be pressed. It’ll flatten the crease but it’ll still break color.
