Yeah, I think I gave one away for CHU contest, sold one and kept one.
I have an X-men #28 vol 1 (1st Banshee) that has no original staples either and I’ve been terrified to submit it. Now i know what would happen. It’s such a cool error on old books imo
The question is, does it have staple holes?

That and you can add vintage staples and it shouldn’t affect the grade. But I’m going by Overstreets grading definitions not the bullshit definitions the grading companies use.
