Got 2. Sold out now. Thanks
For those that missed it, it looks like itâll restock
Funko only does this Notify button when they are already planning on a second wave. I highly recommend selling both when you get them. The last sought after POP that got the Notify button was Quicksilver, and the valued tanked for a while.

Heâs back for those who want more.
What are they going for?
Target Con exclusives
The Mando Beskar went up to $30. This restock will bring them back down, but give it a year, and it could pass $50.
Black Luster Soldier sold out almost immediately.
Knuckles, Becky Lynch, and Boba Fett are still available.
Gotta get back, back to the past, Samurai Jack!
Samurai Jack bursted onto our screens courtesy of Cartoon Networkâs Toonami block, and for all of us impressionable youngâuns, the series melted our eyes. Using a clever use of oil, Genndy Tartakovsky was able to channel in his love of bloody samurai movies while keeping it in line with network censors. After its unexpected cancellation, the series was eventually revived by adultswim 12 years later, and we were able to finally see Jackâs well-deserved ending.
Of course, with nostalgia comes licensing, and wouldnât you know it, there are Samurai Jack Funko POPs! (Surprise, surprise.)
But the good thing about these is that itâs not too late to get into these POPs and hold for the future.
The big POP (and first one that came out) was the NYCC 2019 exclusive. It was a 2-pack that featured both Jack and Aku. It is also the only way to get an Aku POP (not counting the Soda version) to date.
This POP was available both at NYCC and on the Funko website (with a shared sticker). It instantly sold out, and although it didnât heat up right away (it was $50 for quite a while), it has finally gained a lot of traction recently.
However, you donât have to drop $200+ for a Jack POP. Currently, you can get him in his armor off of Amazon:
I highly suggest going to the Other Sellers section and buying it off of Amazon itself instead of a third-party seller. You could get a chase!
Aside from Jack, they have also made a few of the other boss characters.
These are all commons, and you should be able to still find them in stores as well as online. On PPG, theyâre still essentially at retail value, but donât sleep on them. These came out in November 2021, and you know what that means, right? Yes, supply chain issues! Ashi and the High Priestess are already trending up on eBay, and you can expect the other POPs to start rising as well.
There are also two other exclusives to watch out for:
Demongo was an SDCC/Virtual Funkon 2021 exclusive, and it was shared with Hot Topic. Even at $20, it is a good buy-in. The Funkon sticker is approaching $40, so the time is now to get the more affordable shared sticker.
Scaramouche was the SDCC exclusive the year prior (2020), and it was shared with Toy Tokyo. Even after it sold out, it was hanging around $20. Now, like the others, itâs finally starting to heat up.
There are lots of good options here whether you want to buy a bunch of commons or drop big money for the exclusives (or major money for the 2-pack). You can expect these to keep heating up as the year goes by.

Holy Jesus,
That sold out as fast as the Deku!
Nuts, one I would buy and I notice it way too late.
2021 and supply chain issues is quickly becoming the hot thing amongst Funko POPs. You can throw a dart at the common POPs that came out during this time, and chances are, youâll easily find one thatâs heating up now. Enter, Shang-Chi!
Shang-Chi was delayed as much as possible to allow it to be shown in theatres and make some sweet box office money. And sure enough, it paid off! Shang-Chi went on to make a little more than $430 million worldwide, with about half of that coming from the domestic box office. Considering this came out during the peak of the delta variant, and it did not have a Chinese release, these numbers are really good.
But what about the POPs? Well, a slew of them are sitting at retail price, but there are a few exclusives to watch out for.
The Amazon Exclusive Marvel Collector Corps box had a Shang-Chi theme, and it featured exclusive versions of both brother and sister. Be wary of these. If you have them, flip them. Even with supply chains, Amazon is known to reproduce their Marvel boxes down the line. Chances are this box will be made available again soon.
A better exclusive to look out for is the Katy Target exclusive.
Target is less known to reproduce exclusives, so this is a good one to buy and hold.
Gamestop had their own exclusive in the Death Dealer, but it never really took off. While Katy was originally $8 at Target, the Death Dealer was $12.99 at Gamestop. He stuck around a few months on shelves way after the movieâs release. You never know, right? The one POP that stuck on shelves for a while could end up blasting off all of a sudden. If you can find him for $10 or less, then it wouldnât be a bad idea to pick up a couple for the long hold.
Wenwu was exclusive to Wal-Mart, but even his common is currently valued a few dollars higher. For those collectors who do take their POPs out of the box and recreate movie scenes, chances are they want the common version of Wenwu.
There are two Shang-Chi commons to look out for:
Note that the one where heâs kicking has a high range as itâs taking into account signed POPs. However, the non-signature is quietly heating up past $20. Once it hits $30, the other one with him holding a staff should soon follow. Definitely buy a few of these if you can get them around $15.
That leaves us with the current âgrailâ of this line, The Great Protector!
I mean, itâs a freaking dragon, yo! Who wouldnât want a bad ass dragon thatâs coming out of the water. The reason it keeps heating up is because of itâs crossover appeal; it doesnât matter if itâs Marvel collectors, Chinese folklore collectors, or even anime collectors, dragons are awesome and everyone wants them!
I can easily see this hitting $100 and achieving true grail status later this year. If you can find them between $30-$40, get it!
Of course, the question is, will Funko reprint these and cause the value to drop? Well, going off of Entertainment Earthâs website, a few of them are listed as restocking soon. However, it has happened before where POPs that are labeled as restocking soon are unexpectedly cancelled. If you believe that they will restock, then I would say to focus on the Target and Gamestop exclusives, and get the commons for the restock.
Personally, ah, I donât know if there will be a restock. Iâll do what I usually do where I hold on to the POPs, and if there is a restock, I buy more.
Either way, you canât go wrong. As Shang-Chi joins the greater MCU, expect these POPs to continue to heat up.
Here are some hot restocks! Get them!
If you get 2 of each, you get free shipping. Worth it because only getting 2 by themselves (or 1 of each) comes out to $40 after shipping. Might as well get 2 more for $20.
Restock!
Todayâs drop in about 10 minutes. Not sure how much of a demand there is for her, but it would be the first POP for the new CW Batwoman.

WonderCon exclusive POPs. No lottery for the ones that end up Funko Shop Shared Exclusives.
Carol Danvers, Monica Rambeau, Kamala Khan, oh my!
As the sequel to Captain Marvel begins its 2023 journey, nowâs a good time as any to look at their Funko POPs. Unsurprisingly, Carol has a ton of POPs since she has a solo movie and a couple of supporting films under her belt. But what about Kamala and Monica?
Well, Kamala did have a Walgreenâs exclusive POP that sat on the shelves for years. Even until recently, it was mostly a $10 item on eBay. However, it is now heating up!
It slowly started at the end of January, and itâs now going for over $50 on eBay. Nowâs a good time to hit up the Walgreenâs as they might still be there! Or maybe buy it off a vendor who still has it priced at $10.
There is also another Kamala POP based on the Avengers videogame that was produced by Square Enix.
Should the Walgreenâs Kamala keep heating up, fans and completionists will soon start gravitating to the more affordable one which in turn repeats the cycle of POPs heating up!
Monica has a couple of Funko POPs as well. The first one is based on her Wandavision appearance prior to getting her powers:
She also has a special Target exclusive POP which takes up more space, but it shows her in her full original Captain Marvel/Spectrum outfit.
This one has not hit stores yet, but it can still be pre-ordered:
$14.99 isnât a bad price considering most regular POPs are $12.99. However, depending on how much space youâre willing to give to your POP collection, you might only want to get 1 or 2.
That leaves us with the fearless leader herself, Carol Danvers. She does have a POP that was NYCC 2019 exclusive featuring her in her original Ms. Marvel outfit:
At current prices, you might as well go with the official NYCC sticker.
But what about her Captain Marvel POPs? Here are a few that I think are good pick ups and holds:
Yes, thereâs a ton! After all, Marvel has done their best to push her hero status to the same level as Captain America and Iron Man in the MCU. Ironically, however, the current âGrailâ of any of the Marvels is Kamala! Yes, the one character that has not officially made an appearance in the MCU yet is the most collectible out of all the Marvels.
I know I threw around a lot of options, but I would say go get a couple of the Walgreenâs Kamalas. Once her Disney Plus show drops, expect those to blow up!
