I believe the solicitations say Scarecrow.

What Mike_C said is entirely not true - there were only 500 trade dress and 250 virgin foil of this cover ever printed. Scott’s Collectibles received 10% of the print run (50 trade dress/25 virgin foil) to make it more convenient for international customers.
All his info was completely untrue & unfounded.
That is a nice cover. And I’m starting to see Star more in issues. Wonder if it’s time to stock up on her first appearance if marvels trying to make her a thing.

Is this Mystique in that elseworld story?
She does the same thing every cover, and I dig it all. I always think Frison’s eyes are what makes her stand out, but even this is solid.
