Visited our friends at Jetpack Comics today. Little shop in Rochester, NH.

You may remember them from such store exclusives such as Dungeon Crawler Carl FCBD #0 Virgin and Foil variants of cover A.

Huge selection of new issues. A decent amount of back issues, but mostly picked through. Curious any CHU members here have been there recently or frequent the place as there wasn’t any of the usual flip books we like.

But I did find a few decent books.

These were $2 each. Keeping the USM 7 as this 2nd print is hard to find.

Starting to dabble a little into Charlton Silver/Bronze Horror.

Picking books up when the price appears right for a hold or quick flip.

May create a separate thread (or two) of these start to move.

You might have some of the big covers then. Some goes for 100s, even in lower grade. It’s given me something new to hunt for as beefcake has cleared dried up.

I found one at the show I attended this past weekend. Will post it later. Been a hectic few days back.

I’ve collected Charlton (but specifically Sutton) for some time. Have a box of just Sutton.

Every book is worth a grab, but these are the biggies. So stash the image in your memory bank lol.

Painted Sutton yes. Many of his covers are re-used across titles. But these are the biggies, yes.

I rarely find anything super worthwhile at Half Price Books, but I stumbled upon a pretty good score today. Issues 2-9, 11-15 of Gears of War for $2 each. They had issue 1 for $10, but it was a little beat up. The ones I grabbed are NM beauties.

Don Newton is one to keep an eye on. Doesn’t have much Charlton works, but some have similar vibe as Sutton

Got these for half price today. Can’t find any listed on eBay and only one recent auction sale of 9.99 - not sure if that was a fast BIN or full auction. Anybody track the 2nd print for the 2018 series?
