I like Cumberland. I have rented a cabin out that way a few times. The place we used to go had a hot tub and we would set up targets. Shoot 22 caliber rifles from the hot tub until the bottom of the hot tub was filled with shells. Lol. Sounds stupid but we would do these men’s retreats where we would drink a lot, shoot stuff, make massive bon fires, and play a ton of music. Good times.
Delfest!
@IbukiLord Outstanding grab. Zero doubt in my mind that we will ultimately see the Rebel Crews (whether it is just one or all of them) in live action. When we do, sky is the limit on this issue along with #1.
Still a lot of debate over this one with issue #1 and the magazine appearances but regardless of all that this will always be a market favorite and has a ton of growth ahead of it!
This is the one I’m putting my $2.50 on we don’t get magazines here that I know of so wouldn’t be able to get that and Kanan #1 having multiple covers put me off that one.
LCS had a 50% sale today on Marvel books so grabbed these:
My LCS has been shorted for about 3 weeks and counting.
My local comic shop still hasn’t reopened fully. Still doing the drive up thing.
Where are you?
Near Watertown, NY.
Is this just recently? I visit some LCS in Staten Island, NY and in Lehigh Valley, PA with no problems.
Since COVID started basically. I see the owner about once a week at my job. His shop is attached to his house and he has several kids he’s concerned about.
An owner of one of my shops passed away last week… complications due to covid. He was 59, and fully vaccinated, not in the best health. He traveled from Toronto to Seattle for a family thing. Came home and tested positive, and then passed away during his quarantine. RIP Mark from the Comic Warehouse in Brampton, Ontario.
Having a comic shop attached to my house sounds like the ultimate dream. It makes sense he’s cautious about letting people into his shop as it is literally a part of his household.
That my basement minus the selling - my dream definitely not my wifes
jcLu, I’m sorry.
Thats what I do without the shop or having people come into my house
