I tried to grab brightest day 14 last night…auction ended at 2am and I fell asleep…I had a high bid of $3 and lost for a price of $3.25.
Why is Brightest Day 14 getting hot?
Also, I acquired a, “New Avengers,” seventh issue for $15. It’s cooled to being like a $25 dollar book but if we ever get any other Illuminati stuff in Marvel movies it could shoot back up.

$135 after 10% pull list customer discount. Off-white pages, cover of Sheena from 1945. “Blood drainage panel. Bandage cover” on CGC label.
The store also had a recent foil Poison Ivy (raw) for $300. Just feels odd that a slabbed Golden Age book can go for half of a recent foil ratio raw. Also going to keep my eyes open for more Jumbo Comics.

Never knew “blood drainage panel” was a thing… awesome grab!
Thinking the comics code did not allow that so nice reference to pre-code horror panel. Mycomicshop has a CGC 5.5 for $150 (cream off white) which isnt a bad price.
