Picked up a set of the Kingpin series and it included 3 Newsstands. Added another Wolverine and the X-Men #1 as well.

I liked that wedding issue. North Star really grew as a character since the 80s.

Ultimates 3 is worth owning in Direct or Newsstand form just because it is such a mess of a series. Good pickups!

Yeah I really liked ultimates 1 and 2 but 3 was so bad. The ultimates standing around watching Tony and Black widows sex tape. Wasp lecturing Cap about scarlet witch and quicksilvers incestuous relationship

Yeah I like ultimates 3 for the artwork. The story wasn’t that great.
Joe Mad does good art. Some folks hate it, but I think it has a charm!

I don’t like all of his work but some of my favorite is from that series. I liked the cover on this unrelated book so I found a nice newsstand copy.

Are these later Transformers issues hard to find? Noticed some were a few bucks.
I have a direct ed. copy but never knew about a NS so this was a neat surprise.

In high grade they are hard to come buy in shops.
Newsstands towards the end I’d say are scarce in high grade…

It’s NM!!, unread, send to CGC, CBCS, PGX 9.8 candidate, gem mint, beautiful.
In other words, it probably lived at the bottom of a toy box for three years.

Picked up another of these for a good price. Excuse the quality of the pic. It’s the photo from the listing as almost all my purchases minus preorders are through eBay.

I picked up a couple of the newsstand copies myself a while back. If DC/WB follows through and gives the public a really good movie this could become a pretty huge key. I do hope the
DC movieverse gets its collective act together.
