With this much damages happening and being reported, they’ll hopefully learn fast to fix more quickly hopefully.
My LCS said that 90% of the shipment this week was damaged. 90%.
Marvel should switch to Lunar. They’re the best comic distributor right now.
98/186 damaged in second batch, including 6 1:25’s which they put right on the top (3 Trail of Shadows and 3 Trading Card Variants). Thanks PRH!

New shipment of PRH books arrived, looks like they changed the packaging already. I haven’t opened it up but looks to be a container inside a container with bubble wrap. I’ll let you know if we get better results this week!

In order to assist us with processing your damage claims efficiently we would like the following:

quantity being claimed
Only product damaged to the extent that it cannot be sold in your store should be included on damage claims. At this time, we cannot credit comics with blunted corners that are still saleable.
Please be advised that replacement stock is limited. We will work with all customers on resolution options.

Now, I understand some rubbing on the corners not being able to replace, but I hope they aren’t talking about the crushed / bent corners, cause I’m not selling those ever.

Yeah, nobody wants crunchy corners…
I was having a conversation with someone a couple of years ago about what to do if someone slashes three of your tires but insurance will only pay out if all four are cut. We decided we’d slash the fourth ourselves and then call insurance.
If you catch my drift.

So PRH is closer to Lunar now with their packaging…still not as good, but much much better. Diamond’s still sucks, and seem to get a lot of corner damages from the delivery guy tossing the larger box around (Diamond does not have the additional box inside or any bubble wrap around the box to absorb any impact). PRH is a little more of a pain to report damages if you are over a certain amount, or if its a ratio variant…
BTW, did anyone see Diamond’s site is down? "503 Service Unavailable) ??
