Wow…they are still down, anyone heard anything?
I was curious where they’re hosted… these turds actually seem to host their own stuff out of Baltimore and their IP Block shows up as Diamond Comics ISP… haha
So you’re telling me they’re shipping packets as well as they ship comics?
Oh man…both computer and comic humor combined! Fantastic!
Well, like the number of comics they’re now shipping out, seems their packets are just as limited…
I feel like this isn’t the first time this year they’ve had server/technical issues on Friday before FOC. I can’t imagine they have THAT many more people accessing the site than usual and crashing it.
Diamond’s string of failures this year is impressive.
Here’s another way to view most titles on FOC for Sunday (Lunar which is DC and Scout Comics) and then Monday (PRH and Diamond which most other publishers are using):
Diamond servers still down…
PRH is the go to place now. Diamond is sitting in a coffin.
I agree, but all the publishers aren’t over there yet…still some big names with diamond.
Oh, and their servers are still down….
Wonder if they forgot to pay their colo bill… which is pretty pricey since they were hosting and doing it themselves. Don’t they know the real way to do things now is create your infrastructure in the cloud (someone elses computers) and with microservices?
Diamond’s site is back up

Not sure if this is just a “ME” thing, but I just checked my pullbox customer’s items, and all of the preorders have been deleted. The only items on there are the manual order requests. Wonder if anyone else is experiencing this issue?
Diamond confirmed it’s a random ware attack.
Wow…
Seems likely… I’ve seen the retailer ordering system, looks like it was ancient and poorly made. Probably didn’t take much to gain access.
