Seriously, take if offline or contact customer service. This is no longer the time or place to dispute or discuss how TFAW or any retailer handles their shipping, packing ,etc.

I asked nicely 3 times. If you have an issue with TFAW or any retailer, you need to contact them directly. The forums are not the customer service department of any online retailer to settle such disputes or customer service related issues.

First off, I respect the moderators and acknowledge that the buck stops with the moderators - this site is not a democracy. Also, any personal attacks against the moderators or members should be cautioned against or dealt with strongly.
Having said that, please open the âOnline Comic Store Report Cardâ topic for discussion. While the mods may see it as a âcomplaintâ discussion; it helps me make an informed decision on future online ordering. I do agree that this topic (New Variant âŠ) should not include discussions on TFAW, or any other retailer for that matter. However, the âNew Variant Ratio on TFAWâ topic is related to the âOnline Report âŠâ discussion.
While the âOnline Report âŠâ may seem to have focused on TFAW issues, it is a testament to the popularity of TFAW with me and I assume many CHU members. Yes, most of the comments seem negative recently, but as this site is one of the ways to communicate (indirectly) with TFAW, as TFAW improves its service, the comments will turn positive. I just need to make sure I can get my new books, affordably, and in a timely fashion !
As it is now, I am still unsure of my online purchases through TFAW. I also have experiences (positive and negative) with other online retailers, that could benefit members. The âOnline âŠâ discussions help me to make a good ordering choice. If moderators feel that the members discussions/experiences are just bashing, moderate away - moderation is required, and warranted. But again, THIS topic is related to the online experience.
I realize I am a new member, with few posts, and yet to contribute significantly, so I defer to the general members, and ultimately the mods ! I hope these comments are taken in a constructive way âŠ

As well and to be on topic, if itâs not letting you cart the book itâs not available. I believe itâs an indexing issue with TFAWâs setup.
