Couldn’t they just expand like any other company with the problem of more customers?
Hard during the pandemic to hire new employees and retain them, let alone get anything done like warehouse expansion or moving to a bigger building. We have many places here in Hawaii closing down because they can’t staff their business or restaurant but the planes are still full of tourists.

If they process our books on a Tuesday or Wednesday, you can pretty much assume their diamond shipment for the current week is late.

They processed last weeks Diamond today. Not part of this weeks.
I think they did that because they knew the shipment for this week would be delayed. Otherwise, they would have done them all on Thursday.
How long before this gets zero’d out again…
I feel like calling them up and saying
“SHIP IT NOW!! SHIP IT NOW!!!” Before they take it away from me again…

Just looked and mine shows processing… fingers crossed.
Mine processed as well.
Was charged earlier. A few posts back mine showed 0 so today I got charged and now it’s a 2 week wait for it to ship. My Aug 5th order jus shipped early this morn. Only 8 books. The wait is crazy after I pay.
