I can honestly say I have no idea why this happens week after week. I would have changed my shipping method by now. When is TFAW leaving Diamond? I mean I think they would have caught up on past orders with as many shipments that they receive late.

I believe PRH starts comic orders October 1st, and I’m seeing the first few catalog orders have an FOC date if 09/13. So we will see how everything starts to shift mid September for a delivery date after Oct 1st.

Not sure how Diamond is planning on retaining customers. I’m curious to see how Pullbox switches to PRH, because right now you can just press a button and everyone’s orders are submitted because it’s an integrated system. With Lunar, you can’t use Pullbox to put in orders
it’s all a manual process.

What bugs me the most is the processing time which has nothing to do with late shipments. It shouldn’t take 3 weeks from the time you charge me until the books are actually shipped out not even counting the week plus shipping time. TFAW needs to get their shit together and STOP making bullshit excuses.
