Probably the price indexes were starting to run and got stuck when the devs were doing some back end fixes for some upcoming features and you added it before then. Or witches.
Since my shop sells any and all ratios they get at cover price, I think you were all over paying already⊠if itâs not cover price, you already lost!
Googling âPortland, witchesâ brings up an article about Portland being the best place to be a witch! You might be infested
It was the first variant I added. The two after that were not discounted at all
Yeah, but your LCS is a unicorn. I have yet to find a comic store that sells ratios for cover price.
Discounts should be showing now. If you donât see them clear your cache or wait a few minutes. I also went ahead and fixed the ones that werenât priced right and were set to 3.99 even if they were a 1:25, or 1:50, and fixed the 1 per person rule. Funny how no one complained about those being wrong
This is what Iâm thinking tooâŠthe listing price may Be manipulated to look like itâs discounted, but just because thereâs a number with a slash through it doesnât mean anything. Itâs still has a cover price and shops charge what they feel they can sell it for, below at or above. And can change the price at any time, they can do that for open order books too before release like a midtown and golden Apple and many other shops we say weâll never do business with again,
My shop doesnât sell at ratioâŠ.they just sit on the wall at ratioâŠhahaha
Itâs a small lcs which never roses enough to qualifies for any of the good ratios anyway.
They have on occasion put out the one per store books on the shelf for cover. Gotten many of those.
Honestly, without the pre-order discount on TFAW ratios, still seem like decent pricing when you compare to say, Midtown who first of all doesnât give you the chance to âpre-orderâ ratio variants, you have to chance it when theyâre listed a week prior on Wednesday and then most of the time, if itâs a ratio thatâs already heated up on the secondary, they mark theirs accordingly. Then on top of that, they love to jack up the price a bit more right before the âdiscounted saleââŠ
Secondly, youâre not charged unless they ship it to you. Some of these pre-orders are weeks or a month or two out⊠I donât like giving shops advanced small loans.
Thirdly, you all are still crazy for paying over cover price for most of these ratios (unless youâre just buying for the collection and because you love it)âŠ
I still didnât get the correct discount for the book I inquired about. Iâll have to message them and start with âNow, letâs try this again.â
Batman Secret Files the Gardener #1 (Cover C - 1:25 Christian Ward Card Stock Variant)
Grrl Scouts Stone Ghost #1 (of 6) (Cover B - 25 Copy Momoko Variant)
Legends of the Dark Knight #7 (Cover C - 1:25 Jorge Fornes Card Stock Variant)
Task Force Z #2 (Cover C - 1:25 Eddy Barrows & Eber Ferreira Card Stock Variant)
I guess moving to a new host didnât fix their indexing problem.
nope still listing books as in stock for hours after they sell out
Why would they ever want to fix something that leads to a bunch of irritated customers?
Looks like X-Force Killshot Anniversary Special #1 (Artist a Variant) is a Campbell variant.
